- TB-500TB-500 is a synthetic peptide marketed as a version or fragment of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid protein that binds actin and is involved in cell migration and wound repair; it is not FDA-approved.
- GHK-CuGHK-Cu is the copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, which occurs naturally in human plasma; it is used in topical cosmetics and has been studied for skin and tissue repair, but it is not an FDA-approved drug.
- IpamorelinIpamorelin is a synthetic five-amino-acid peptide that stimulates growth-hormone release through the ghrelin receptor; it was described in 1998 as the first selective growth hormone secretagogue and is not FDA-approved.
- MOTS-cMOTS-c is a 16-amino-acid peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA (within the 12S rRNA gene) that has been studied in animals for effects on metabolism and exercise capacity; it is not FDA-approved.
