Peptide Protocol Guides

We publish a dose schedule only when it is printed in an FDA label or a published trial design, and we link that source. For research-only compounds we publish reconstitution arithmetic and the research record instead. No community "stacks", no advice.

Weight loss & GLP-1 protocols

FDA-label escalation schedules for semaglutide and tirzepatide, published trial designs for investigational incretins, and vial arithmetic.

Growth hormone & GHRH protocols

Tesamorelin is the only GHRH analog with a current FDA approval; the rest are research-only, so pages carry mixing arithmetic and the research record.

Tissue repair & recovery protocols

BPC-157, TB-500 and related compounds: unapproved, mostly animal research. Arithmetic plus the PubMed and trial record.

From cosmetic peptides to mitochondrial compounds such as SS-31; vial arithmetic and the evidence each has.

Multi-peptide vials: how per-component concentration works. No blend has been tested as a product in a published human trial.

How to read these pages

A label schedule is the escalation printed in the FDA prescribing information; it applies to that approved product only. A vial-math page answers a narrower question: once a vial is mixed with a given volume of diluent, how much compound is in each syringe unit. It assumes the vial holds what its label states, which independent testing often contradicts, and it is not a dose. Calculators: reconstitution, units converter, bacteriostatic water.
