We use email, not a contact form, so nothing you send passes through a third-party form service. Put the request type in the subject line.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical or dosing advice, recommend a vendor, intervene in an order, or confirm whether a specific vial is genuine. For an adverse reaction, contact a clinician; in the US you can also report it to FDA MedWatch at fda.gov/medwatch. For a product problem with a vendor, contact the vendor first.

How corrections are handled

We check the source you send, update the page and its check date, and add an entry to the corrections log when the change affects a fact readers may have relied on. Businesses can request listing updates the same way: see claim your listing. Listings are free and cannot be bought.
