When we get a fact wrong we fix it and log it here. Report an error through the contact page.

Clinic directory: 378 clinic listings renamed to the business name shown on the clinic’s own website (previously the map-listing title), and 18 duplicate listings for the same location merged. Old addresses redirect to the corrected page.
Duplicate calculator page (mg to units converter) merged into the units converter, which uses the same formula.
Thymosin alpha-1 vs TB-500 comparison: a citation that resolved to an unrelated PubMed record was replaced with a verified thymalfasin review (PMID 20536462).
Semax vs Selank comparison: citation PMID 18454096 relabeled with its correct title (a Selank anxiety study, 2008).
Vendor domains for Peptide Partners and Swiss Chems re-verified after an automated resolver matched look-alike domains; facts now come only from the verified domains.
Correction policy
We log a correction when a published fact was wrong: a price, address, regulatory status, citation or name. Routine refreshes, such as a vendor changing its price or a clinic adding a service, update the page's check date but are not logged, because the earlier fact was right when we read it. Each entry says what was wrong and what replaced it.
How to report an error
Send the page URL, the fact, and a public source showing the correct version to corrections@thepeptide.directory (other addresses are on the contact page). We aim to check corrections within three business days. We do not change a sourced fact because a business asks; we change it when its public source changes.
How we collect data: methodology. Ownership: disclosure.
