The Peptide Directory

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

The Peptide Directory ("we", "us") publishes this site under its own name. The site is a set of static pages: there are no accounts, no contact forms, no comments and no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts; the only cookies are Google Analytics’ first-party measurement cookies, described below. The only thing you can submit is the optional price-alert email signup, described below.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal data, build profiles, run retargeting pixels or load third-party fonts or embeds: fonts and images are served from our own domain. The only third-party script is the analytics described below. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits in aggregate; it is described in full below.

What happens when I sign up for emails?

Some pages have an optional email signup form. There's no checkbox to tick; the short note under each button says what you'll get and how often. If you sign up, The Peptide Directory stores:

  • your email address;
  • which form you used and the page address where you signed up, without anything after the path (no search terms, calculator inputs or other values typed into the page);
  • when you signed up and, later, when you confirmed;
  • which version of the signup wording you saw;
  • a shortened, one-way code derived from your IP address, used only to stop automated abuse. We can't turn it back into your IP address.

No health data. The form never asks about your health, conditions, medications, doses or treatment, and we don't attach that kind of information to your email address.

Confirmation first. Before The Peptide Directory sends any update, we'll send one email asking you to confirm. Nothing else is sent unless you confirm. Sending hasn't started yet, so for now your address is only stored.

How we use it. Only to send the emails described next to the form and to honor your unsubscribe. Emails may contain partner or affiliate links where the site has them, and each one is labeled.

Who processes signup data for us?

  • Railway (railway.com) hosts this site and the database that stores signups.
  • Google (Google Sheets) holds a private copy of the list so we can view it. It isn't shared publicly.
  • When sending starts, the email delivery provider will be named here before the first email goes out.

These services process the data only to provide their service to us.

Do you sell or share my information?

No. The Peptide Directory doesn't sell or share personal information, doesn't rent or trade email addresses, and runs no advertising or retargeting pixels. We never pass your email address to vendors, clinics, advertisers or data brokers.

Do you honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track?

Yes. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal from your browser as a request to opt out. When either signal is on, our analytics script does not load at all.

What does the analytics script record?

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, as our processor) to count visits and see which pages are read. It is not loaded on search-result pages, so what you search for is never sent. It records the page address without any query string or calculator inputs, the referring page, browser and device type, and approximate location (country and region) derived by Google; Google does not log or store IP addresses for Analytics 4. Outside the EU, UK and Switzerland it sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell new visits from return visits; in those regions it runs without analytics cookies. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, data is kept for 14 months, and it loads only after the page has finished loading. It does not load at all when GPC or Do Not Track is on.

How long do you keep my email address, and how do I unsubscribe?

We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email will have a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email privacy@thepeptide.directory. Unsubscribes take effect right away. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on a do-not-email list so we never email you again, unless you ask us to delete it completely.

Can I see, correct or delete my data?

Yes, wherever you live. Email privacy@thepeptide.directory and we'll respond within 30 days. We'll never ask for more than your email address to unsubscribe. People under 18 should not sign up.

Links to other sites

Vendor, clinic, telehealth, FDA, PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov links take you to sites we do not control. Vendor links open sites we do not control; once you leave, that site's own privacy policy and cookies apply. We do not receive any data about what you do there.

Health information

We do not receive health information from browsing, and the price-alert signup never asks about your health, conditions or what you use. Please do not email us personal medical details; we cannot give medical advice.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or state laws such as the CCPA in California) you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. In practice the only personal data we can hold is your signup details, an email you sent us or a log line containing your IP address. We answer requests within 30 days.

Email for privacy requests: privacy@thepeptide.directory

Children

The site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and its date before the change goes live. Related: terms of use, ownership disclosure.
