Disclaimer
The Peptide Directory is an information resource. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing is a dosing recommendation. Doses we show are reproduced from FDA labels or published trial designs for reference, with a link to that source.
Regulatory status
Many compounds discussed are not FDA-approved for any use. Products sold "for research use only" are not drugs, are not made under drug manufacturing rules and are not for human consumption. Approved medicines such as semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) are prescription-only; compounded versions are not FDA-approved and FDA has warned about dosing errors with them. Each compound page shows its status and links the relevant FDA page.
Listings and prices
Listing a vendor, clinic or provider is not an endorsement. Prices, stock and policies are copied from public pages on the check date shown and can change at any time. Vial math pages assume a vial contains what its label states, which independent testing often contradicts.
Research summaries
Most research on unapproved peptides is in cells or animals. A study count or a promising result does not show a compound is safe or effective in people. We link the papers so you can read what was actually tested.
Legal status
Laws on buying, prescribing and compounding peptides differ by country and US state and change often. Nothing here is legal advice. Athletes should note that the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibits many of these compounds.
Always consult a licensed clinician. Related: terms of use, methodology, FDA warning letters.
